ADOVA Group collects, uses and shares relevant information that users of our Products are requested to provide us with via our Website, accessible on www.adova-group.com

In order to preserve the privacy of your Personal Data and for the sake of transparency, we have drawn up this document so that you can discover and understand how we process the data that you provide us with.

ADOVA Group undertakes to ensure the highest level of protection and security for your personal data pursuant to European and French regulations applicable.

Please note that this Policy reflects our contractual commitments, in particular the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website.

Children

Our Website is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we request that such minors do not provide any Personal Data to ADOVA Group. II. Collected data retention period

As a matter of principle, data collected is kept for a period that cannot exceed twenty-four (24) months following the last visit to the Website.

This retention period may be reduced if you close your account or request the deletion of your Data.

However, the retention period for some data may exceed the twenty-four (24) months referred to above, in order to comply with our legal obligations.
