The arrival on the American market opens a new stage for the company Adova Group (formerly Cauval), bought in 2016 by the Perceva investment fund. Filing for bankruptcy at the time, the company exited the turnaround phase in 2021. It still covers a handful of brands present in all price segments, from Tréca and Simmons to Aube Sofa, sofa beds and more accessible benches, through Hotelys, specialized in bedding for three to five star hotels.
