Our programme’s 3 pillars
Know-how is our most precious asset. It is in the hands of the women and men who make up our Group and who create our brand and product renown.
Adova wishes to accompany its employees throughout their life in the Group, by providing them with a safe, secure environment and conditions that favour their fulfilment, their recognition and their development.
Climate issues, which require us to take collective action on our own scale, have led us to re-imagine our value chain and our product design to ensure our future will be a sustainable one.
Our production sites’ environmental footprint, product ecodesign, responsible procurement, sustainable transport, carbon footprint and energy consumption are just some of the subject we are working on in the Group, as well as with our suppliers and customers.
The success of this pillar hinges on key and complementary commitments.
- Ensuring the physical well-being of our production facility operators. We invest in equipment that reduces the arduousness of work.
- Relocating our know-how. Spring manufacturing has been re-implemented on two of our production sites, with 4 of our 5 facilities now mastering this know-how.
- Developing community partnerships, because a comfortable night’s sleep is essential for wellness, and one we all share.

ADOVA’s commitment since day one
A CSR commitment supported by eco-friendly product development
Choosing suppliers
We introduced a questionnaire where the suppliers we work with detailed their CSR practices.
This means we apply the same standards of transparency and concern for ESG* issues to all our contacts to foster long-lasting relationships.

Procuring raw materials
Our responsible approach is designed to reduce our environmental footprint.
We are committed to:
Focusing on local, French and European partners.
Ensuring our products are PEFC-labelled. Using wood from sustainably managed forests
Promoting the use of recycled materials
Eliminating synthetic materials
Manufacturing products
We are proud to count ourselves among the industrial groups that decided to stay in France and to ensure know-how and craftsmanship thrives in our regions.
Our five production facilities are located in France.
Our R&D departments are included in these facilities, as such ensuring continuous product improvement.
We are not assemblers, we are manufacturers..
Managing end-of-service-life
NWe assess the environmental footprint of our products based on three criteria: soil, water and air pollution.
Our products are given a score (rating) from A to E, pursuant to ADEME’s best practices.
We have rolled out all best practices that ensure consumers’ end-of-service-life mattresses can be returned to the recycling pathway initiated by ECOMAISON in 2012.
Adova Group became a mission-driven company in November 2022. Discover how we are committed to the future and how we mobilize our entire ecosystem to drive the sustainable transformation of our business lines.
